The terms governing appointments, consultations and treatments at The Pinnk Door, Mulund West. Please read them before booking.

1. Appointments
Consultations are strictly by prior appointment, Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (closed Mondays). Book via our website forms, phone (+91 9132326677 / +91 9132325566) or WhatsApp. An online request indicates scheduling intent; confirmation follows from our front desk.
2. Every Treatment Begins With Consultation
Dr. Mahek assesses your skin, hair and concern, reviews medical history, and advises objectively whether the requested treatment is clinically indicated. You must provide complete, accurate information: medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Withholding relevant information can make treatment unsafe, and we cannot be responsible for outcomes caused by undisclosed details.
3. Right to Decline or Postpone
We may decline or postpone any treatment judged unsuitable, unsafe or unlikely to achieve a reasonable result. This is a clinical decision, not a commercial one.
4. Estimates, Not Guarantees
Session counts, timelines and results discussed here or in consultation are estimates from typical cases. Some treatments need maintenance to sustain effect; we will discuss this transparently when applicable. See the Medical Disclaimer for detail.
5. Aftercare Is Your Responsibility
We provide written aftercare instructions for every procedure. Sun protection, product restrictions, and avoiding physical manipulation of treated skin materially affect safety and results. Poor outcomes following ignored aftercare cannot be attributed to the Clinic. Contact us promptly about anything unusual instead of waiting.
6. Fees & Protocols
Fees are communicated before treatment. Payment covers the competently performed procedure, not a guaranteed outcome. Treatment course details, validity and inclusions are confirmed in writing at booking.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellation
If you cannot attend, inform the clinic as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated no-shows without notice may require advance payment for future bookings.
8. Clinical Photography
Progress photographs may be taken for your confidential medical record. Any informational or educational use requires your separate explicit consent, withdrawable anytime for future use. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
9. Conduct & Governing Law
Abusive behaviour towards staff may lead to discontinuation of services. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
