Sterilization & Safety Standards
Hospital-grade hygiene protocols behind every procedure at The Pinnk Door, including our dedicated Monday deep-sterilization closure.
Last updated: October 2026 • Effective from: October 2026 • Reviewed annually or on regulatory change
1. 100% Single-Use Sterile Kits
Every patient receives sealed, single-use disposable tips, needles, protective barriers and consumables, opened in front of you and discarded after one use. Nothing that touches skin or blood is ever reused.
2. Autoclave & Ultrasonic Cleaning
All reusable clinical instruments undergo ultrasonic cleaning followed by high-pressure steam autoclaving. Sterilization indicators are verified before instruments enter the treatment room.
3. Calibrated US-FDA Cleared Devices
Energy devices, including the triple-wavelength diode laser with -5°C sapphire contact cooling, and the closed-system GFC centrifuge are calibrated, serviced and operated within manufacturer parameters, with skin-phototype patch testing before full sessions.
4. Treatment-Room & Clinic Sanitization
Treatment rooms are disinfected between every patient; surfaces, beds and barrier films are replaced per protocol. The clinic remains closed every Monday exclusively for deep sanitization and equipment sterilization audits.
5. Staff Hygiene & Patient Screening
Clinicians follow surgical hand-hygiene, gloves, masks and protective eyewear protocols. Every treatment begins with medical-history screening, allergy checks and candidacy assessment; procedures are declined or postponed where safety requires it.
6. Emergency Preparedness
Adverse-event protocols, topical anaesthetic safety margins and post-procedure monitoring are in place for every modality. Any unusual post-treatment reaction must be reported to the clinic immediately on +91 9132326677.
